Director/Producer/Editor- Salty Xi Jie Ng

Salty Xi Jie Ng is an artist, performer, researcher, and educator from Singapore, based between there and Portland, Oregon. Her transdisciplinary practice is a collaborative, intimate, interdimensional, and alchemical site exploring the erotic, ancestry, ageing, the inner worlds of older women, the end-of-life, and relationships with the spirit worlds, while examining artistic labour and what gets to be called art.

Salty is the 2024 recipient of the Chamberlain Award for social practice artists from the Headlands Centre for the Arts, and the 2025 Arts Research Scholar-in-Residence at Nanyang Academy of Fine Art - University of the Arts Singapore. Her work and practice have been supported by spaces and platforms such as Singapore Art Museum, Singapore International Film Festival, 136GOETHELAB / Goethe-Institut Singapore, Taipei Artist Village / Treasure Hill (Taiwan), University of Massachusetts Dartmouth's College of Visual & Performing Arts (USA), Kaman Art Foundation (India), Arteles Creative Centre (Finland), Elsewhere Museum (USA), Signal Fire (USA), Shedhalle (Switzerland), Museum Why (Sweden), Arko Art Museum (Korea), and Mi Hak Gwan (Korea).

Assistant Director/Producer, Art Director- Esmonde Luo

A graduate of Nanyang Technological University’s Art, Design and Media faculty (2012), Esmonde is a passionate naturalist. His professional gardening practice encompasses landscape gardening and growing edible gardens. He also teaches foraging in Singapore, and works on various film and theatre productions, especially in the area of art direction. He spends much of his free time reading, writing, and foraging int he wild parts of Singapore. Occasionally, he practices his cooking and hosts dinners with installations, both of which give him much joy.
